Full year warranty on the DynaMop(R) Set that includes the spinner bucket, aluminum pole and mophead. The product is designed for household use. Under normal house cleaning conditions, the DynaMop can be expected to last 10 years to lifetime usage when cared properly, do not immerse unit in water or rinse into the spinning device. Dyna*Mop(R) has gone through strict quality control process with real persons pedalling test for ten's of thousands of pedaling steps.

B: Because the 3 Mop-heads enclosed within the Dyna*Mop(R) set package shipped to you are merchandise being sold independently, in returning we ask that you send all 3 mopheads back to us. It is understood that one of them would have been used and soiled and that is okay. On the other hand, should there be a shortage of mopheads returned, we are compelled to impose a charge of $15 for the each missing mophead.
